Affected Versions:

• All the latest firefox versions, including the old certificate page design

Tested on:

• Windows 10
• MacOS 10.15

Preconditions:

• Have Dark theme enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://wrong.host.badssl.com/
2. Click on the "Advanced.." button
3. Check the "Accept the Risk and Continue" button

Expected Results:
The "Accept the Risk and Continue" button border and background should be visible in order to indicate its purpose as an action button.

Actual Result:
The "Accept the Risk and Continue" button border and background is barely visible

Notes:
This is also reproducible on the old design of the certificate page.
