non-Hebrew characters (roman and/or punctuation) causes hebrew text to become
garbled in chimera. it looks like the horizantel postioning is incorrect. some
pages, like the above, become unreadble.
it is intesting to compare mozilla for linux, mozilla for osx and chimera on the
same page:
* mozilla nightly on redhat linux 8:
display is almost perfect, except for a small positioning nproblem with the
single diacritics on the page.
* mozilla nightly on osx 10.2.1:
 you can see more problems, with some words are out of the proper "grid" in the
layout
* chimera nightly on osx 10.2.1:
page is unreadble

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to page (or any page that has Hebrew with punctuation and english- the
more non hebrew hte better)
2. see that the horizantel postioning is incorrect


Actual Results:  
page is unreable in chimera

Expected Results:  
should be as least as good as mozilla on the same machine
