Steps:

  1. Launch the browser and go to https://wrong.host.badssl.com
  2. Click Advanced and using the keyboard navigate through the new opened section.
  3. Tab to "View Certificate"
  4. Press space or enter

Actual result:

Page scrolls slightly

Expected result:

New tab should open with certificate info.

To be clear, this isn't a regression or directly related to the changes in bug 1721632... Gonna clear severity for triage. :-)

Actually, having tried this, it wfm (with Enter, not with space - it's a link) on nightly and beta 92 on Windows and macOS.

Can you clarify what configuration you're testing?

Yup, you are right. pressing enter does this since it is a link. My bad!
