172621 - Failure opening new window from a message window when reading email

When I open a message window whose message contains http links, the right button
menu selection "Open Link in New Window" fails.  It simply does nothing. 
However, that menu selection _does_ work from the message preview pane.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Read incoming email.
2. Open an email in a new window whose content contains hyperlinks.
3. Right click on a link and select "Open Link in New Window".

Actual Results:  
Nothing.  No crash and no error.

Expected Results:  
Opened the link in a new browser window.

I think this is a duplicate bug report... but in current trunk it worksforme.
Not sure about the recent branch.  You might want to try an updated version.
