Steps to reproduce:

1.use linux firefox goto

2.input ]]
3.Use the input method with pre-editing function to input Chinese characters

Actual results:

Unable to input text normally, text flashes

Expected results:

You can input text normally, there is no text phenomenon

Summary: fcitx5 → When the input method pre-editing function is turned on, the text flashes in some text boxes.

91.0.1 has the same problem

Doesn't look like this was intended as a security bug.

Can't reproduce Firefox 89/Nightly 93 on Windows with Microsoft Pinyin input, so probably something Linux specific?

Yeah, xingwozhonghua, what's your environment? (distribution and its version, ibus or fcitx or some other one?, using Firefox coming from your package manager or download/build from Mozilla?)

I have this problem with fcitx5.fcitx4, but there is no problem with ibus.

Bug 1726492 and Bug 1645311 are not the same,The phenomenon is different.
