Jan-Peter, did you set up the calendars as CalDAV calendars or using an add-on which handles Google calendars?

I am using the Google Callendar Provider as described in your Web-Page.

I had tried it via caldav too (without the Provider)
But that won´t work either, it ends (after the 0Auth asking Username, Pasword and the Code from the Handy) in an error that the Site could not be connected (https://localhost/...) and if I close that, Thunderbird asks me for the Password and than the Login (0Auth) begins anew.
After some Trys Google has blocked trys from that Device.

Please, can you provide a link to the "Web-Page" you refer to? For issues with the Google Calendar provider add-on, you have to file an issue at https://github.com/kewisch/gdata-provider/issues (which is not associated with Thunderbird).

The issue, you had setting up the CalDAV calendar, is more interesting to me. I am somewhat irritated by the error message referencing "https://localhost/". Somebody will eventually look into this.

This comes after giving the Rights to Thunderbird.
If I close The Window Thunderbird Asks for a Password and then Starts the 0Auth Process new.

I´ve created a exception for https://localhost, but that did not change anything.

The screenshot shows a Outlook symbol on top left. Do you use other extensions like for Exchange or so? Can you try to connect to the Google calendar with all extensions disabled?

The Icon is because of my Icon Theme (Win10).
I´ve tried in safe-mode, no change.

That you're getting the unsecure warning for https://localhost, I would assume mean you're getting MITM attacked by other software; either a virus, or more likely, your anti-virus ;) (or firewall). Try disabling them, though many times they are stubborn with that...

I am using linux after a Fritz.Box.
I don´t have a Antivirus, Firewall on my local Device.
It worked until the Update to Thunderbird 91 and I don´t think I have a Virus because I should see it in htop. There is no third party Software.
Which Third Party Software could produce such a problem?
As I said it won´t work in safe-mode either.

And since Downgrading to a working Version of Thunderbird is impossible I have no Callendars anymore.

In the background it should go to localhost, it's just normally invisible to users.

A new version 91.0.1 is available https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/provider-for-google-calendar/
And 91.0.2 soon.
The place to file bugs for provider is https://github.com/kewisch/gdata-provider/issues
