User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:

This isn't a security issue. Looks like a duplicate of bug 1642415 at first glance, but someone will have to obtain more details.

Hi!
It would help us if you can provide a memory report from about:memory, here are the steps for you to get it:
In the URL bar type about:memory and press enter
Click ""Measure and save"" (optionally with ""anonymize"" checked to hide URLs, although this will likely make it more difficult for us to figure out which site, if any, is causing the leak)
Save the memory report somewhere
Attach the report to this bug
Also it would help us a lot if you could reproduce this issue on our latest Nightly build, it can be downloaded from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
Then capture a performance profile using
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Performance/Profiling_with_the_Built-in_Profiler
https://perf-html.io/
Please also note that this add-on works only on FF Nightly, so that means you need to be able to reproduce the issue on Nightly first.

Thanks. It looks like your build is in French, but you also have installed the French language pack.
Can you go to about:addons, Languages (Langues) tab on the left and uninstall the French language pack, then open Preferences again?

Thanks, then it's indeed a known bug (bug 1642415).
The language pack is not needed, since you already have a French build.

I don't understand, didn't you solve the problem in comment 9?
You shouldn't install the attachment in the other bug, that was there to replicate the issue at the time, it's not a solution.

Yes it solved! but this pack of french language, i'm not sure if is the file i try sunday to resolve problem? and Sunday i not resolved with the file i install. Now if i remove the file i put sunday! is not suppose to be solved the problem! because the problem came from the automatic updated! Because i not install french pack normally! Firefox came in french normally in setting or when they detect my windows language!
