This Firefox source docs search for "gtest" does not have any useful results.

We had GTest documentation on MDN:

Have these docs not been migrated?

To be clear, this is on the owner/team to migrate these docs.
Nobody was/is in charge of migrating the doc from mdn to the in-tree doc. (it is way too hard as it requires domain knowledge).
