User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Simply tried to check something like Twitch.TV and noticed that my custom settings, as well as settings related to FrankerFaceZ and Better Twitch.TV were resetted. All three stores settings via cookies.
Actual results:
See above
Expected results:
Twitch.TV settings (such as quality settings, chat settings, mini player), Better Twitch.TV settings, and FrankerFaceZ settings should have STAYED. That does happen by enabling Custom Tracking Protection and forbidding Firefox from tampering with Cookies.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Privacy: Anti-Tracking' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Johann, does this look like a cookie purging related issue to you? I am not entirely sure about this because twitch.tv and FrankerFaceZ are not in the tracking list.

Well, those are three examples. More sites are affected, but those are the most jarring ones.

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.
Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
