Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: :Firefox Nightly 93.0a1 (2021-08-30) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
Account made
Profile picture set
ETP set to STANDARD
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to : https://account.microsoft.com
2. Log into your test account
3. Observe the profile avatar

Expected Behavior:
The profile avatar picture is present

Actual Behavior:
The default avatar icon is present

Notes:

• Not reproducible with ETP turned OFF
• Works as expected using Chrome
• Screenshot attached

This is caused by dFPI.

property.

Also, I'm deliberately eliding the change to manifest.json until
review is otherwise done.
