1728223 - TP6 BuzzFeed site recording is the cookie notice

I noticed that the site that current TP6 recording has for BuzzFeed seems to be the cookie notice and not the full website. This was particularly noticeable with Fission enabled, because the site only had one process instead of the half dozen or so it has when I load it myself.

The cookie consent is loaded on a layer over the website, so the website is loaded also. There are more websites like this, is not unusual.

The page content is there, but it seems to not load the out of process ad iframes. Interestingly, it seems to have the same behavior if you load the page in a private browsing window. I don't know if that matters or not for the behavior these tests are trying to capture.

I see no cookie prompt for buzzfeed. A link would've been helpful since this is 7 months old.
