From https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/peosxv/firefox_not_loading_parts_of_page_when_scrolling/
2 patches ago I believe, I started getting big grey blocks, page not loading or whatever when I do that, very often (say, every 2nd time). And scrolling down a bit via mouse/arrows afterwards fixes it, and it never happens when scrolling with other methods (arrow/mouse scrolling).
I can also see this issue (randomly) on Linux and Wayland and on Nightly.

Added my own about:support
to the bug; I have seen the issue even without linux-wayland-compositing enabled.

Jamie, per the original reporter, they say every 2nd scroll - for me personally, I see it much less often - less often to the point that I haven't tried a mozregression because I might go a day or more without seeing it.

Bug 1695598 landed which I think should fix this. Please re-test if you can.
