Seeing this on Nightly on an HP Touchpad.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://slickdeals.net/

What happens:

There is a white vertical bar inside of the "FOR YOU" badge on the top strip of posts in orange.

Expected result:

As on non-WR.

I tried to diagnose when this appeared using gve, but I can't seem to set prefs via mozregression to enable webrender.all there.

Does this occur 100% reliably?

This device is Adreno 2xx, which does not support GLES 3 therefore gets software webrender.

You might be able to use the prefs gfx.webrender.software=true and gfx.webrender.software.opengl=true, but it's possible this bug has existed as long as swgl on android has worked.

Can you reproduce on other devices by forcing software webrender on?

This occurs 100% reliably on that device. I tried software webrender (gfx.webrender.software=true) on a Pixel 2 and was unable to reproduce the issue there.

I attached a singlefile export of the page as it exists today, and was able to confirm that the issue is reproducible on my device. This ought to work as a good testcase.
