Steps to reproduce:

Clicked the x on the request to add Outlook as an application for mailto links

Actual results:

The banner reappears after going to the Outlook website again, even after I pressed x.

Expected results:

Either the banner goes away permanently after being dismissed, or an option to deny the request should be added.
