Description
when there is text on the search bar and the dropdown suggestions are showing, the cursor appears as an arrow instead of the proper text mouse cursor icon.

Tested on
Windows 10 64bit, ubuntu 20 and Macos 10.15

Affected
Nightly 93.0a1 , Release 91.0.2 , and Beta 92 all affected
Only Ubuntu was affected.

Steps to reproduce
go to about:preferences search
enable search bar in toolbar
type anything in searchbar
move the mouse to the searchbar

Expected results
I should see the Text mouse cursor image

Actual results
the mouse cursor image is an arrow.

if you click outside the search bar and move the mouse on the searchbar, the cursor image appears properly, but when you click on the search bar, and the suggestions appear, the cursor changes again to an arrow.
