172951 - email signature appears at bottom of email when reply text at top

If I set my email preferences such that my reply-to text appears on top of (or
before) the sender's email, my email signature file gets appended at the very
end of the entire email . I would expect the signature to appear right after my
reply.

I looked thru the bug base but did not see this already reported. I apologize if
this is operator error. 

I am using Mozilla 1.0.1
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020815
