Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a popup window
2. Try to maximize the window with the system button on the top-right

Snapping the popup window works

Reproduced on the latest version of Firefox Nightly
Not reproducible on the latest version of Firefox beta 93.0b2 or release 92.0. Not reproducible on Chrome.
Setting up flags, a severity and a component in order to get the dev team involved.
If you feel it's an incorrect one please feel free to change it to a more appropriate one.

Yes. I could reproduce this bug with Nightly and could not reproduce with my patched build.
