The process is blinking in Windows 11(dev 22454.1000), and the video and sound are not matching in real-time streaming.

Thanks for the information. So the blinking is that Firefox usage is spiking up and down? Or is it that the process itself is starting and stopping rapidly?

I notice from the about:support that Firefox is in safe mode. Does the same issue exist when not in safe mode?

Changing severity as we've been unable to reproduce, so this isn't as wide spread as I was initially concerned.
