Details

Sounds like there will be 6 new themes with 3 variations each. Probably will need a way to select the default theme and a way to undo.

Priority: -- → P2

The New Tab sidepanel will not be reconfigured to surface Color Theme management. However, this is desired to carry through for our default themes (light, dark, alpenglow) and maybe future color themes if applicable. Jim Thomas will own priority scoping for this New Tab work.

If not specially highlighting MR2 colorway themes, this seems to be dupe of bug 1671940 now.
