Actual results:
When importing bookmarks, may it be via html import (see
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1368677) or via logging in with Firefox account and syncronizing, favicons are not updated and the sites need to be visited one by one to get the favicon to show.
This has happened to me for years whenever I syncronize Firefox on a new computer. Seems to happen for all versions, on both pc and mac.
