Steps to reproduce:

I can consistently make the firefox snap crash (see bug 1732718), and when it does the crash reporter dialog is spawned. If I try to add a description and submit the report from the dialog, I then briefly see the following message in the dialog: "There was a problem submitting your report." and then the dialog goes away.

If firefox was launched from a terminal, I see "Failed to open curl lib from binary, use libcurl.so instead".

It could be that something (the curl binary?) is missing from the snap for the crash reporter to work correctly.
