Steps to reproduce:

height: 35px;
width: 100%;
}

border-right: 3px solid #fcfcfc;
height: 35px;
width: 100%;
}

Actual results:

border 1 px is displaying as 0.66667 in computed section . And 3 px is displaying as 2.66667

Expected results:

Should display as actual border value either as 1px or 3 px in computed section
