In the Proton theme, the bookmarks menu popup requires vertical space, and there's no way to scroll it more quickly on the keyboard.

Menupoup does not scroll with PageUp/PageDown keys.
End/Home keys are working, but scrolls to bottom/top.
ArrowKey is slow for this purpose.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Make sure a lot of bookmarks in a folder(more than 60)in MenuBar/Bookmarks toolbar so that it needs scroll to see them.
  2. Open the bookmarks folder from MenuBar/Bookmarks toolbar
  3. Scroll using the keyboard(PageUp/PageDown) to quickly display the hidden part.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
It should scroll by the height of the popup.
