We want to bump Widevine to the new CDM, the current planned version for that is 4.10.2391.0 (may change if Widevine issue a new CDM).

  • Balrog rules have been updated to send the update to all supported releases, plus some old ones.
  • Fallback rules have been updated and backported to ESR + beta.

I think we're good here.
