We are moving the devtools performance tests a lot these days, so we decide to skip on documenting them, especially because the documentation is mainly intended for the team and everyone should be aware of what those tests do at the moment.

However once the project is over and people move back to other tasks (or new people join) it would be great to thoroughly document all the DevTools performance tests.
