Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/lockwise/ and click on the "Open in Firefox" button.
2. Scroll the menu up/down

• if the menu is not scrollable grab the browser and move it over the bottom of screen or change to a resolution that would display it;

Expected result

• highlight remains on in-focus option;

Actual result

• highlight remains in same X position, even though the menu is scrolled; thus having end up with another option highlighted;

Regression range

• considered "good" builds that did not trigger the menu, as feature was not implemented at that point most likely;
