Perfherder has detected a awsy performance regression from push 3ff40f01229b2677098ff6068ce6d8b52d43591e. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

Andreas says he will back out bug 1713960 for 94. TBD whether we try to land it in Nightly 95.
