Follow-up to bug 171584. Focus is now on page after a page is loaded by clicking on a bookmark in the bookmark panel. The same is not true if you visit a page from the regular bookmark menu.
This is also true of bookmarks toolbar.

focus is on page for bookmarks loaded from the bookmark menu and the personal toolbar. Not yet from the bookmark manager, though. -> fixed

Verified with a build from today: after clicking on a bookmark in the bookmark menu and letting the page load I can directly scroll the page with the arrow keys.
