So far we have two naming conventions for objects like Options and Part.

For example:
NumberFormatObjects vs Collator::Options
NumberPartType vs ListFormat::PartType

We should have an agreement on the naming style.

Whiteboard: [i18n-unification]

Decision: We're going with the Collator::Options style, unless there is a reason to do it the other way, for example needing to do some template specialization.
