When you go to https://symbolication.services.mozilla.com/, you're greeted with an unhelpful "Eliot Index" text.
The index page should show something more useful with a link to docs and repository and all that.

This is deployed in bug #1738065, but the css and js aren't loading because I messed up the CORS and didn't notice. That's covered in bug #1738087.
