As discovered on Reddit, gamedeveloper.com page load is being delayed while it tries to load the blocked tracking pixel at https://cm.g.doubleclick.net/pixel

We should be able to shim this easily with SmartBlock.

Actually it looks as though this is more involved than just shimming the above URL, as the delay is still present if I shim it.

I'm no seeing a delay on page load here, so I think this has since been fixed by the site.
