User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:92.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/92.0

Steps to reproduce:

Set language to Scots. (That's worked fine until today.)
Try to access a server that isn't answering (I'd rebooted it, was trying to connect.)
https://12.46.142.90/sspmgmt.html#!overview
Got the correct message, with a "Try Aince Mair" button.
Hit the button, tried a couple more times.
Last time I tried it, the first line was in Scots "No able tae connect" but the rest of the message and the button were in English.

Actual results:

Last time I tried it, the first line was in Scots "No able tae connect" but the rest of the message and the button were in English.
Screencap attached below

(And of course when I tried to reproduce it on a different server, it worked fine. It might be timing - the one that failed was in the process of booting, and may have opened up port 443 by the time of the glitch, or may not. And on the one that glitched, the server's now awake so it's showing the web page instead of the Not Found)

Expected results:

Message should have all been in Scots. (I've got a screen cap of what that looks like, but you only let me attach one.)

Adding screenshot for what the message should look like

Component: Untriaged → sco / Scots
Product: Firefox → Mozilla Localizations
Version: Firefox 92 → unspecified

This doesn't look like a problem in the Scots localization, given the screen is correctly localized (2nd screenshot).

Component: sco / Scots → Untriaged
Product: Mozilla Localizations → Firefox

Version is 92.0.1 64-bit on a Windows 2012 server.

Hey Bill,
Can you test the issue while in Safe Mode? You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .
Also a fresh new profile could help. You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .
If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .

Thanks for the report. Please check for addon updates:

(Ryan VanderMeulen [:RyanVM] from bug 1732676 comment #12)

We've uploaded new langpack addons which should resolve this issue. Users updating from 92.0 to 92.0.1 should automatically receive these updates and users currently in the broken state who were already updated to 92.0.1 should be able to manually check for addon updates to receive the fixed langpack.
