Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox
Open a bookmarks list that fills the viewport
Actual results:
Bottom 2-3 rows are not visible including the selected BM
Expected results:
Bottom should shift upward but remain visible
This applies when you select manage bookmarks from the bookmarks menu
The details information adds 3-4 lines and text lines which cover the last 3-4 bookmark items
When a bookmark is selected the bottom bookmark should appear as the last entry -- it is now covered by the details of the selected BM.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
