1. Launch Firefox;

• browser and OS set on Dark theme;

2. Click on the Import Bookmarks button

Expected result

• options are visible;

Actual result

• what to import is not visible;

Setting this to NEW as I can reproduce it using the latest Nightly 95.0a1 on Windows 10 x64.

Yes, but it should be fixed by partial backout in 94, and fixed on nightly via bug 1734367.
