Currently emails sent by bugzilla seem to be missing a dir="ltr", causing the email to appear as RTL (and thus inverted in most cases) when the email client is RTL by default (mail.walla.co.il is an example).
Since I don't think bugzilla is localized in an RTL language, the email message should always be forced-LTR.
See attached on how emails are received in m mailbox. This example may be readable, but more complex emails look a lot worse.
