Open the website below. The Bromite (Chromium) browser loads the bold black font faster than Firefox and the progress bar disappears more quickly.

And I was able to reproduce so I took a profile: https://share.firefox.dev/3AkksRc I get slightly different loading behaviors than the video because of geolocation but I still did see the font pop, like in the videos.
