The symbolication API docs need to be updated now that we've got Eliot in prod.
- update urls
- update the symbolication API v5 request/response
- add examples of usage including a HUGE note about setting a user-agent that links to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/User-Agent#crawler_and_bot_ua_strings
