Steps to reproduce:
Setup dual monitor in vertical stack.
My setup look like this:
[ 2560x1440 100% scale ]
[ 1920x1080 100% scale ]
Primary monitor is on bottom. Open firefox, then maximize window on bottom screen.
Actual results:
Top window of fullscreen firefox is overflowing to top monitor. Attached are what I see on my setup.
Expected results:
Top windows should not overflowing to top monitor.

Was able to reproduce on older build of Firefox
Fixed in Firefox 101 by Bug 1614218 [D143390]
