Overflow on top of firefox full screen window
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/94.0.4606.71 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Setup dual monitor in vertical stack.
My setup look like this:
[ 2560x1440 100% scale ]
[ 1920x1080 100% scale ]
Primary monitor is on bottom. Open firefox, then maximize window on bottom screen.
Actual results:
Top window of fullscreen firefox is overflowing to top monitor. Attached are what I see on my setup.
Expected results:
Top windows should not overflowing to top monitor.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
