When receiving a mail from stupid mailagents that dont know how to set the
References: header the sentmail box should be searched for the In-Reply-To:
message. This message should have a correct In-Reply-To: (or References:) header
that can be used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.get a mail from someone using eg. pine
2.Send a reply
2.get a reply on your reply


Actual Results:  
see that the last message is not threaded properly, because mail only has a
In-Reply-To header.

Expected Results:  
Should thread the message properly

I can reproduce this bug on Windows98SE, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; 
en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021007.

Altho this bug was reported first, the later one was confirmed and has a patch 
in progress.
