Steps to reproduce:

1. update to firefox 93
2. open my reproduce website: https://codesandbox.io/embed/fast-microservice-rmnqr?fontsize=14&hidenavigation=1&theme=dark
3. on the right page and scroll down about half of the page
4. or scroll reach to the bottom, and then scroll back to about half of the page

Actual results:

my <img/> is not render correctly. it is whole black, or clipped image, or whole white.

Expected results:

full correct image rendered.

it is correctly on firefox 92 or previous, and on chrome as well.

I can reproduce the issue in Firefox93 Windows10. However, I cannot in Firefox94beta.
