Blue bookmark star instead of turquoise
The dark theme uses a turquoise accent color that contrasts well but the bookmark star in the address bar has reverted to using the same blue color as the light theme. This color lacks contrast and does not conform to the rest of the theme.

Verified fixed with Fx 96.0a1 (2021-11-02) and Fx 95.0b2 on Windows 10 and macOS 11.
