Steps to reproduce:

When the number of tabs I pin exceeds 50, the add button disappears and the normal tabs disappear.
My resolution: 1920 * 1080

Hi,
thanks for opening this bug, i was able to replicate on windows10 , mac 11 and ubuntu 20 using firefox release93, beta 94.0b8 and Nightly 95.
But in my case when i pin 50 tabs at once it looks ok, i can still see the buttons, the problem was when i tried to open more tabs and pin those new tabs.

If you can please share with us a video or screenshot, on how it looks on your end.

I was able to see how buttons dissapear using these steps

-Install bulk url open addon
-paste 50 links on the addon, so 50 tabs are opened at once
-right click on the tabs area and : select all tabs
-right click on tabs area and : pin all tabs
-after that, click twice on the "+" button (to open 2 new tabs)
-right click on the last tab that you created in previous step, and pin the tab.

the result i get is that all buttons dissapear, and there tab area is filled with pinned tabs, even the minimize and close buttons dissapear. the only way to fix it is to select all tabs again and unpin the tabs.
