Steps to reproduce:

I'm seeing some significant differences in how mobile and desktop Firefox are repeating sliced border images. It's easily demonstrated on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/border-image-slice. Why do these behave differently? How can I get the un-stretched results in iOS that MacOS Firefox has?
