1737091 - Update doesn't apply after "accept incoming network connections?" prompt

I went to apply today's Nightly update (I'm pretty sure I was on 2021-10-20 and 2021-10-21 was offered) and after the Nightly window (I only had one open) went away, I was presented with a dialogue (I'll attach the image) asking if I wanted to let "updater.app" accept incoing network connections. I clicked "Allow" but Nightly never came back up.
