Steps to reproduce:

1. Open library,
2. Then look at some icons like “Tags” or “Bookmarks toolbar”, “Bookmarks menu”, etc…,
3. You will see that the icons don't look like Proton.

Actual results:

In the library, some icons just don't look like Proton, they are Photon-styled and needed to be updated

Expected results:

All icons are Proton styled

Marking this as an enhancement. I am not sure if those icons were planned or not planned to be updated for Proton but I will move it over to a component and let the devs investigate further.

There was a list of icons that fell outside the initial scope which we intended to come back to later. I can follow up on these.
