Steps to reproduce:
0. Start Nightly95.0a1 with new pofile
- Open https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2021/10/2021-10-26-09-03-55-mozilla-central/
- Click on Firefox Installer.en-US.exe
Actual results:
No the helper dialog popup.
Start download automatically.
Expected results:
A dialog "Would you like to save this file?" should pop up to let you choose whether to save or cancel.
