The bouncer configs in testing/mozharness/configs/releases/bouncer_*.py have a check_uptake field for each product, and if that is false then the product is ignored by bouncer-check. Since bouncer-check is the only thing using these configs, we can remove those products from the lists, and remove the extra field.
