User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:93.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/93.0
Steps to reproduce:
Leave Firefox Developer Edition 94.0b9 opened for a long time with stuff opened like Jira/Github.
Actual results:
It turns out to be eating gigabytes of my GPU memory, and it's quite easy to notice in the Task Manager's Details tab, not to mention getting crashes whenever I try launching some GPU heavy app alongside.
Expected results:
Current Firefox 93.0 release doesn't seem to have such an issue even after playing tens of YouTube videos that can be over an hour long.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
