Steps to reproduce:

1. Hover at tab in Firefox
2. You will see only tab title tooltip (No hover images)

Actual results:

In Firefox, only tab title tooltip appear

In Google Chrome (with enabled flag “tab hover cards”) appear image that presents opened tab

Expected results:

Firefox should use these image menus too.
