[Affected versions]:
- Firefox Beta 95.0b2 - Build ID: 20211102190739
[Affected Platforms]:
- Windows 10 x64
[Prerequisites]:
- Have a Firefox profile with the
reader.pocket.ctaVersion
pref set tocta-only
in the "about:config" page. - Have the High Contrast Mode enabled.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Navigate to any website that allows "Reader view" (e.g. https://www.wikipedia.org/).
- Click the "Toggle reader view" button from the right part of the "Address Bar".
- Observe the Pocket modal from the bottom part of the page.
[Expected result]:
- All the elements are successfully displayed and visible.
[Actual result]:
- The CTA button's borders are not displayed at all and the "Dismiss" button is barely visible.
[Notes]:
- This issue is also reproducible with the Pocket modal with "Recs" where the CTA button's borders are not displayed and the collapse button is barely visible.
- Attached a screenshot of the issue.

Hi Marius,
Can you give me detailed steps for how you've enabled High Contrast Mode? I'm using OSX and have turned on "Increase Contrast" in the Accessibility control panel and switched Reader to Dark mode but I still can't see what you've shown in the screenshot. Thanks!

Hi Gavin,
This issue is reproducible only on Windows. Here are the steps to enable the system's High Contrast Mode on Windows 10:
- Navigate to "Windows Settings".
- Select the "Ease of Access" section.
- Select the "High contrast" section from the left part of the window.
- Click the "Turn on high contrast" toggle from the top part of the window.
